Personal Training

One session per week – £45 per session

Two sessions a week – £42 per session

Payment is made at the beginning of each month for the month ahead.

I have a 24 hours cancellation policy and full payment will be taken if I you cancel in under 24 hours.

Group PT

Join one of my Group PT Sessions – Prices below:

– 2 people – £34 per person

– 3 people – £25 per person

– 4-7 people – £15 per person

– 8+ people – £10 per person

HIIT Half Hour & Circuit Class

  • 30 minute, high intensity work out. Burn four times the calories in half the time!*
  • Fridays (Term time only) at 09:15 at Higginson Park, Marlow.
