Each new client will initially undergo a free full physical assessment to establish your current level of fitness, general health. It’s also an opportunity to meet with me and ask any questions you may have before committing to any personal training sessions. These physical assessments will be repeated at 8 week intervals to see the progress you are making but also note improvements or areas that still need work.
The assessment includes measuring your:
• Blood pressure and resting heart rate.
• Current weight.
• Full body measurements.
• Body fat percentage.
• Level of flexibility.
• VO2 max.
• Peak flow.
