‘Natalie is brilliant! I’ve seen a massive improvement in my strength and fitness and she is an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Encouraging and positive, she is excellent at motivating you and getting the best out of you. I do not like gyms, and with children and work, having someone come to your home is the best use of time and energy for me. I had not done any exercise for a long time after having children and was nervous about what I’d be able to do but Natalie is great at tailoring a programme to suit you. I’ve also been really impressed with how the sessions stay interesting and varied with lots of different kit, like battle ropes, medicine balls, Bosu and boxing keeping it fun and pushing me to achieve things I didn’t think I could.
