‘I contacted Natalie about personal training sessions when I needed help to gain my fitness again after my second child. During our initial meeting, Natalie listened to my exercise likes, dislikes and worries and was so supportive in designing a tailored exercise plan for me, which quickly brought my fitness levels up. In addition, Natalie looked at my nutrition efforts and has helped to suggest little tweaks which has helped me further. I really enjoy our exercise sessions as Natalie will listen to how I am feeling that particular week and mix up the exercises so to work with my body and not be bored.
